
This is an ONLINE OFFERING that takes place every Tuesday morning from 9:00 - 9:30 AM.
This half hour class is the perfect “movement snack” if you woke up feeling a little stiff or sluggish. We'll practice some gentle stretches, breath awareness, and end class with a meditation to help center you for the day ahead.
*If you attend regularly, you may see some movement themes pop up throughout the course of the month, but you won't feel lost if you decide to just drop in.
