Mindful Movement at Assisi

This is an 8-week, in-person series that takes place at Assisi Yoga on Saturday mornings from 9:30 - 10:30 AM, beginning 10/7/23.

This class will aim to help you develop a sense of awareness and embrace some of the remarkable things you can already do—move, focus, and breathe—all with an attitude of curiosity and playfulness! We’ll experiment with movement variation in traditional yoga shapes and movement progressions to offer options that work for you. We’ll also use somatics (movement focused on your internal experience rather than the outer form), visualization, and pranayama techniques to encourage body-mind-spirit balance. This class will offer some fresh perspective and some fresh movement to bolster the wonderful, innate qualities you already possess!

To join this series, you must register with Assisi Yoga, but feel free to contact me with any questions! If you can't make the entire series, there are options to join at a prorated fee. Registration link below.
