Nature truly does nurture. In our fast-paced world where we spend inordinate amounts of time on screens, there's a real need to carve out time for quiet, fresh air, and open skies. One of the aims of yoga is to still the fluctuations of the mind, to clear our lens of perception; it's hard to do that without regularly noticing where we're putting our attention. That requires practice. The aim of these classes is to encourage space for movement, quiet, focus, & introspection to help you find joy connecting to yourself, your fellow yogis, and your surroundings in the sunshine & fresh air!
