Your yoga session time has been reserved especially for you. I understand that unexpected events occasionally happen to us all, but when you forget, cancel, or change your session without enough advance notice, it impacts my schedule and doesn't allow enough time to offer that session block to another student.

With the above in mind, ALL cancellations or any rescheduling of sessions must be made 24 hours in advance of your yoga session. If made less than 24 hours in advance, you'll be charged for your missed session. That amount must be paid prior to your next session. If you have a session package, a single session will be deducted from that package.

If you don't show for your session at all, you will be charged for that session as stated above.

If you are late for your session, your session may have to be abbreviated.

I understand that sickness, accidents, and/or emergencies happen. In this case, please call or text to let me know you have to miss your session. I'll do my best to offer you grace; I hope you do the same for me.
