I’m so happy to be welcoming Dr. Aaron Olden of Mindful Medicine Rochester back to Lake Breeze Wellness for another Qigong class to take us through the transition into winter!
Details:
Qigong for the Seasonal Transition takes place on Saturday, 12/5, from 4:00–5:15 PM, at Lake Breeze Wellness.
This gathering blends education, gentle movement, and meditation to help you understand - and feel - how to move into the new season in a way that supports your body’s nervous system, emotional balance, and overall vitality.
Curious about qigong? Whether you're completely new to the practice or have practiced before, this class is for all levels.
What is Qigong?
Qigong is a practice of relaxation, breath, gentle movement, and meditation, all woven together. “Qi” means energy, and “Gong” means something that takes effort, a skill we build over time. Through slow, gentle movement, we learn to sense what’s happening inside our bodies, notice where we’re holding unnecessary tension, and let it go. As we relax, the nervous system settles, and the body and mind can find their way back into balance. There’s no pressure to do it perfectly. The practice is simply to feel good, to listen to your body, and to reconnect with your own energy.
Spots are limited — reserve yours today to give your body and mind the support they need for the season ahead.
Cost is $25. Registration is required. *Pass is non-refundable, and all sales are final.
