I’m so excited to have my dear friend Christianne Asper-Contant joining us at Lake Breeze Wellness in October!
Details:
Living Relationship is on Saturday, 10/17, from 4:00–5:30 PM.
What if the most important relationship in your life is the one you cultivate with your own experience?
Nature is always revealing something. Our bodies are too. Yet many of us have learned to look past what life is quietly showing us.
In this experiential workshop, we'll explore how simple observation naturally gives rise to understanding, how receiving changes the way we respond, and how small shifts can restore the body's natural rhythm.
Drawing from the wisdom of nature, the language of Ayurveda, and everyday life, Living Relationship isn't about becoming someone new… It's about recognizing what has been here all along.
Cost is $25. Registration is required. *Pass is non-refundable, and all sales are final.
Instructions:
The setting for this presentation will be informal, and we’ll most likely be gathered together in a circle. We’ll have chairs & a couch for seating, as well as bolsters & blankets, if you prefer to be closer to the ground. There are no special instructions; I’ll be serving herbal tea and water. Please feel free to bring your own water bottle, if you’d like. You might also want to bring a journal and something to write with if you want to take notes. :) Arriving 5-10 minutes early is recommended so you can get settled in.
