This is the first of what we hope will be many Lake Breeze Wellness community gatherings. We are so excited to host Dr. Aaron Olden and can't wait to see you there!
Details:
“From Stillness into Flow” with Dr. Aaron Olden of Mindful Medicine Rochester will be on Saturday, 3/21, from 4:00 - 5:15 PM at Lake Breeze Wellness. This gathering will blend education, gentle movement, and meditation to help you understand - and feel - how to transition into spring in a way that supports your nervous system, emotional balance, and overall vitality.
During this practice, we will:
• Explore what Chinese Medicine teaches about the transition from winter into spring
• Learn how stress and emotion show up in the body — and how to gently release them
• Learn a simple, accessible Qigong routine designed to support spring energy
• Use breath, movement, visualization, and awareness to calm the senses and restore flow
No prior experience with qigong, yoga, or meditation is needed. All levels are welcome. If you’re feeling called to reset and align with the energy of spring – this practice is for you.
The cost for this event is $20 and space is limited. Please click the button below to register. Pass is non-refundable. All sales are final.
