RESTORATIVE YOGA WORKSHOP
at Apricity Mind + Body Collective

This in-person workshop is on Saturday, 10/25, from 5:00 - 6:30 PM at Apricity Mind + Body Collective.

In this Restorative Yoga workshop, you’ll practice the art of slowing down, listening in, and letting yourself feel supported enough to quiet your mind. We’ll start the workshop with some gentle movement then move through a series of supported yoga poses using a variety of props (blankets, straps, bolsters, blocks), depending on the pose. We’ll use the props, visualization, and some directed breathing techniques to bring you into a state of deep rest.
