Private yoga lessons are not the same as group yoga; your session is tailored specifically to YOU.
Here are a few reasons you might opt for 1-on-1 sessions:
Your doctor has cleared you to practice yoga, and you're transitioning out of physical therapy -- we can do some similar work to build you up.
You love your yoga practice, but a certain pose is bothering your shoulder, hip, knee, etc., so you've been avoiding studio classes -- we will make the poses work for you so you can get back to the classes you love.
You're feeling overwhelmed and can't seem to find the time or space to relax -- I'll create a sanctuary for you during your session and offer guidance, support, and some simple tools to integrate into your daily life.
You want a more specialized (and less crowded) experience (possibly a semi-private with a friend or family member) -- in your session, you can ask questions, learn some new things about the practice, and maybe learn some new things about yourself!
Regardless of what brings you to a private session, my aim is to help you feel capable of meeting your daily tasks, help you embrace the challenges that show up, and offer you guidance and support along the way. I love yoga and feel so lucky to be sharing what I've learned in my studies from my teachers, mentors, and my own experiences, to offer you a well-rounded practice, and to bolster the wonderful, innate qualities you already possess.

Where are you located?
Most sessions are held in my cozy & comfy studio room at Lake Breeze Wellness on Thomas Avenue in Irondequoit. I'll send you directions to the studio in your confirmation email. Depending on your location, I may be able to travel to you.
What are your rates?
I offer private and semi-private sessions (for up to 3 people). Sessions are normally one hour long. Abbreviated or extended sessions are an option.
Private Session Rates:
$80 per one-hour session
$390 for 5 one-hour sessions
$620 for 8 one-hour sessions

How do I know if I want to commit to a series of sessions?

What should I wear? What should I bring with me?
Please wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in (usually some kind of exercise wear is most appropriate). I have mats and ALL the props available at Lake Breeze, but you're welcome to bring water, your yoga mat, and any other props you'd like.
