Private sessions, specialized online classes, & the Yoga Clinics

Private yoga lessons are not the same as group yoga; your session is tailored specifically to YOU. I offer private and semi-private sessions at Lake Breeze Wellness in Irondequoit, or I can travel to you.
The Yoga Clinics are small group workshops that focus on building up a particular area of your body, while at the same time highlighting how things are all connected. They will provide some educational content on pain science, yoga biomechanics, and anatomy, but in an approachable and practical way.
I offer a variety of yoga workshops, meant to be both educational and practical. They offer you a space to restore, breathe, build capacity, and make connections with others. They also offer a jumping off point for your own exploration of the practice.
